Welcome to the new BSI Just for Customers Site
This new extranet has been developed and designed based on feedback from BSI customers and we hope that you will be able to benefit more from the new features and functionality available.
Amongst the enhancements are:
- The ability to view multiple account details via one registered email address (and the ability to upgrade your account with new licences)
- improved browser support and accessibility
- secure and fast download of your registered logos
- quick feedback via the interactive feedback link on every page.
We’ve designed this new extranet to be expandable so we can ensure we meet the needs and requests of our customers worldwide.
On that basis, if you have a request, comment, complaint or idea the feedback function will allow you to rapidly let us know, log and respond to your needs no matter how small or large.

Did you know our new Connect Portal is now live?
It’s packed with essential information such as your visit schedules, assessment reports and other insights. It’s also the place to download (*) the new BSI Mark of Trust logos from. If you don’t have access yet, contact your local BSI office for login details.
